If your cat does not engage with it, contact us at support@meowhisker.com and we’ll help make it right with a refund, replacement, or store credit.
To better understand the issue, we may ask for your order number, a photo, or a short video of the product.
🕒 Return Window
You may request a return, refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
The product must not be damaged by misuse, neglect, chewing, water damage, intentional destruction, or excessive wear.
Returns must be reviewed and approved by our support team before being sent back.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Items damaged by misuse, neglect, chewing, water damage, intentional destruction, or excessive wear
Items returned without approval from our support team
Items outside the 30-day return window

💰 Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, if applicable, may not be refundable.
📦 Return Shipping
If a return is required, our support team will provide instructions after your request is approved.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
