At Meowhisker, we know how exciting it is to order something special for your cat. Whether you’re hoping to help your indoor cat stay active, curious, and playful again, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly.
Below is everything you need to know about shipping.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
Standard: Processing + 3-7 business days
Expedited: Processing + 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather, or periods of high order volume.
🌎 Shipping Regions
We currently ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries.
Some remote areas may take a little longer to receive delivery.
💸 Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40.
For orders under $40, flat-rate shipping may apply. Your final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped. Sometimes the package is already moving before the tracking page updates.
⏳ Shipping Delays
We do our best to get every order delivered within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, holidays, severe weather, or high demand.
If your order seems stuck or the tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@meowhisker.com. We’ll be happy to check on it for you.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Meowhisker is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@meowhisker.com and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
📭 Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, porch, front desk, neighbors, household members, local post office, or carrier.
If you still cannot find your package, contact us at support@meowhisker.com and we’ll help you look into it.
🛃 International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges depending on your country’s rules.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
